You are kindly invited to the Health Resort "Pod Tężniami" in Ciechocinek. Location in a beautiful park with lots of species of trees and bushes, not far from the famous unique saltwater inhallation construction is beneficial to the health and well-being.
We offer complex rehabilitation of locomotor system, cardiovascular system and respiratory system. We employ high-class specialists who apply innovative treatment methods. We are known for manual therapy, i.e. manual examination and treatment of reversible dysfunctions of a locomotor system.
We offer SPA and Wellness treatment, e.g. beauty and relaxation treatment, biological regeneration, silhouette modelling, cellulite treatment, wrinkle reduction. We offer professional dermatological consultations and the treatment of skin problems.
All treatment is provided seven days a week.
We have modern hotel facilities integrated in one building with a hotel part. We offer comfortable rooms and apartments with standard equipment of a bathroom, television set, radio, telephone and wireless internet (paid extra). We also offer delicious cuisine. All meals are served as a buffet with a separate menu for people who are on any kind of diet.
In the building there is a swimming pool with a complex of saunas and jacuzzi, gym, solarium, bowling alley, cafe, hairdresser’s salon.
Visitors to our centre are offered a rich cultural and entertainment programme. We organise for example concerts, feasts, dancing evenings, trips and lectures or discussions on health promotion issues.
Soon we will start using the John Paul II Balneological Complex equipped with most modern diagnostic equipment, rehabilitation and spa treatment equipment. Inside there will be the Centre for Medical Diagnosis, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool with the area of 280 m2 made of stainless steel, a complex of saunas, cryochamber and the largest salt cave in Poland.
